About the role
As a Customer Success Manager, you bring business acumen and excellent customer management experience. Your key focus is to drive value, adoption and retention of our customers' investments in Abacum. Improving customer satisfaction is what drives you on a daily basis.
This role will allow you to build a strong internal network, partnering closely with the wider Implementation/Support Team and Product Team to ensure the customer maximizes value with the Abacum platform.
