About the role

Sales Enablement at Abacum is critical part of our go to market organization, playing a key role in helping our Sales teams do their best work. We're looking for a global Enablement program leader to take our GTM org to the next level as we radically scale up our GTM team in the US and EMEA. You will have to plan strategically and deliver operationally in a flexible and pragmatic manner, by working closely with the Head of Sales and Revenue leadership team. This is an excellent opportunity to completely design, build, deliver and own an enablement program at a rocket-ship company.

As Sales Enablement Manager you must be passionate about helping others learn, develop, and succeed in reaching their goals with a focus on growing from good to great. In this role you will work on preparing and delivering onboarding and continuous training programs for our Sales teams. You will also work on various enablement projects aligned to meeting our strategic objective; these projects will be focused on the continuous improvement of our overall Sales Enablement Programs at Abacum related to process improvement, reporting & analytics, and high-impact change management initiatives. Some specific job responsibilities include the following:

• Owning the strategy, creation, and delivery of unique and engaging training content management, cadence and scripting management, awareness training, and more.
• Designing and delivering strategic & operational project work focused on the continuous improvement of Training & Sales Enablement program services.
• Collaborating with the GTM leadership, Rev Ops, Sales Managers, and individual Sales representatives to

This role is perfect if you have:

• Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline is preferred.
• 2-5 years of sales related experience including previous experience with specific sales enablement and training roles.
• SaaS product knowledge and Saas Sales Skills knowledge are required
• Experience with Sales tools including but not limited to the following: SFDC, Outreach/SalesLoft, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, LMS-type tools, etc
• Ability to seamlessly manage competing priorities
• Data driven mindset, program management experience preferred. Will be required to measure program effectiveness and measure New Reps ramp time
